When you opt in to our messaging service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated informational and appointment-related text messages from Positive Regard Therapy. These may include appointment reminders, scheduling updates, or practice announcements. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or to any other number that you designate.

Message frequency varies, and additional messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Positive Regard Therapy. We reserve the right to adjust message frequency or change the phone number or short code from which messages are sent.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by texting “STOP”.
After sending “STOP”, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.

If you would like to start receiving messages again, simply sign up as you did originally, and Positive Regard Therapy will resume sending messages.

Transfer of Number

If you change your mobile number or transfer your mobile number to another individual, you agree to either reply “STOP” from your original number or notify us at hello@positiveregard.co.
